This major is designed to allow students to explore a number of specific types of engineering. Students are involved in hands-on modules such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Processes (Mills & Lathes), Computer Aided Drafting Software, Polymers & Plastics Technology, Thermal Dynamics Systems (HVAC), Structural, Civil, Material Science, Surveying, Architecture, Automotive, Aerospace and a state of the arts Robotics International Competition Program. We now have a flight simulator module with certification for 12 types of aircraft (private license) and an Automotive Analysis module. Students will engage in job shadowing their junior year and internships as seniors.
