Transcript Request

Current AAST Students will need to request their transcripts from their school counselor using the AAST Transcript Request Form. Counselors will work to fulfill transcripts requests in a timely manner.

Graduating Seniors,   will need to request their final transcripts from their base schools. Use the Parchment Transcript Request process to request the final transcript from the base school.  AAST cannot process final transcripts for graduating seniors. Follow the instructions below to request your final transcript from your base school.

The fast, secure, and easy way to request and release your records to agencies, colleges, universities, or employers.  All document requests must be placed online using the following link: www.parchment.com 
Please allow 2-4 days or less, for your request to be fulfilled. Please note that base high schools will not process transcript requests through FAXES, EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.

  • If you are needing a copy of your Birth Certificate:
    • If born outside of SC, you would contact the Dept of Health or Vital Information in your birth state.
      If born in SC, you would visit the nearest office below or apply for a duplicate via the online link.
